Franklin Epape is recipient of the Medal of Canadian Excellence awarded to those who have demonstrated outstanding service to the community through a high level of excellence on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation.
  • Married to a nurse, Marie-Claire, and father of three children: GAVIN, KEYSHA and DIAMOND, all schooling at Michael Jean;
  • Co - Owner and General director of home Health care Cooperation;
  • EX President of the Community Sawa of Ottawa-Gatineau;
  • President of the board of (CICAN) Cooperation Integration Canada that welcomes newcomers in Canada.
  • Member of the board of the Afro Caribbean Community of the City of Ottawa;
  • Member of the Eastern Ontario Health Services Network;
  • President of the board, North and South Culture;
  • Working with the French community of Nepean;
  • Teacher in the College of Arts applied and of technology 'La Cité collégiale' of Ottawa and;
  • He founded, on Montreal Road in Vanier, the new cabaret-dancing restaurant 'Fufu club' of Ottawa, copied on the parisian model.
